• Respect all applicable laws and regulations, including gambling advertising rules in your region.
Responsible Content
• No content that targets minors or vulnerable groups.
• Include age restrictions (18+ or 21+) and responsible gaming messages in all gambling-related promotions.
• Avoid misleading claims about odds, winning, or guaranteed outcomes.
• Do not glamorize excessive gambling or unhealthy behavior.
Honesty & Transparency
• Disclose sponsored campaigns clearly to your audience.
• Do not use fake testimonials, bots, or artificially inflated metrics.
• Do not manipulate or mislead users into registering or depositing.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
• No use of fake accounts, self-referrals, or incentivized traffic that violates campaign terms.
• No sharing of referral links in prohibited channels (e.g., spam, underage forums, illegal sites).
• No identity fraud or falsified KYC documents.
• No attempts to bypass geographic restrictions.
Respectful Conduct
• No hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• No violent, explicit, or offensive content.
• Maintain professional and respectful interactions with the community, brands, and JustB staff.
Quality & Accuracy
• Ensure all content (streams, videos, posts) meets a reasonable standard of quality.
• Provide accurate information about campaigns, promotions, and rules.
• Avoid clickbait or deceptive headlines.
3. Enforcement
JustB reserves the right to:
• Review and monitor campaign content for compliance.
• Remove or suspend campaigns that violate these guidelines.
• Withhold or cancel payments in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly breach these guidelines.
• Report serious violations to relevant authorities.
